This was found in a box of papers from the library of Robert A. Kraskin, OD sent to Paul Harris by Jeffery Kraskin.

This was written in 1959 and was one of that many of us got and saw over the years. Bob’s comment:

This was presented at the last meeting Skeffington attended and it was read by a colleague.

Here is another paper that was written by Skeffington but read by a colleague. It is one of the very few where he addresses more in depth, qualities of the fourth circle and how it all fits into the overall process of vision.

This a clear, concise, expression of the role of vision in our culture and of the human visual response to the demands of our culture that is at the core of the Behavioral philosophy of vision care.
